What
kind of computer do I need?
We recommend a Pentium 133 MHz with
a minimum of 25 MB available on your hard drive and 64 MB
RAM (internal memory). Operating system: Microsoft Windows
95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP.
Are
there any Windows requirements?
You must have at least a Windows
98 version installed in your pc to enable the proper function
of 1 Poker Club.
What
is the recommended screen setting?
To enjoy the full impact of the
casino environment we recommend a minimum screen resolution
of 800x600 and 256 colors. If you play on a lower resolution
screen such as 640x480 pixels you will have to scroll to use
the games.
Does
your software support Macintosh or Web TV?
No, at the moment, neither Macintosh
nor Web TV are not supported.
Downloading and Installing
QuickStart
to 1 Poker Club
I
have downloaded the software but how do I find it on my computer?
If you chose to save the software to the
default destination on your computer, you will find a Prism
CAsino icon on your desktop.
If you can’t find your installed software, you can start
it by clicking on your START button on the lower left hand
corner of your computer. Then click on PROGRAMS and
locate Prism Casino among the list. Alternatively, if you
chose to add a shortcut to your desktop, simply right click
on “Prism Casino” and select “add shortcut
to desktop”. Then, it will launch an icon to your
desktop that will provide much easier access to log into Prism
Casino.
Do
I have to download every time I want to play?
No. You only need to download and
install once. The initial download contains the most popular
games: e.g. Blackjack, Slots, Craps etc. You may install additional
games by simply clicking on each name listed on the menu located
on the bottom of your software. You may locate additional
games by simply clicking on either the left or right arrows
located on both bottom corners.
How
do I get all 48 Games?
Click on the name of each game that
you wish to play and the software will install itself. You
only have to do this once for each game. Please keep
in mind that you must be connected to the Internet to download
additional games.
How
long will it take to download the new game?
Depending on your Internet connection,
installing the additional games can take from a few seconds
to approximately 2 minutes.
Your new casino account
How
do I open a free or real money account?
If this is your first time at Prism
Casino, you’ll have to create an account by clicking
the New Account button. Simply complete the registration form
and a new account will be created for you. Please keep
in mind that every Username is unique. Select a username
that is not common. Your Password must be at least 6
characters long.
Please keep your new account login and password in a safe
place. You only need to open one account to be able
to access or play for fun or play for real money accounts.
If you forget your username and/or password, please contact
support.
Is
my User name and Password case sensitive?
Your password is case sensitive.
If you created an account in all lower case, please make sure
that your CAPS LOCK is not on to not get “incorrect
password” message when logging on.
Does
1 Poker Club function with every ISP including AOL, Prodigy,
and Compuserve?
Yes. You can connect to the 1 Poker
Club game server regardless of which ISP (Internet Service
Provider) you are using.

Is
1 Poker Club software really free?
Yes. It costs you nothing to download
the software and play great casino games if you select the
Play for Fun option when you enter the casino.
How
does Play for Real differ from Play for Fun?
With Play for Real you can enjoy
the thrill of playing for real money, as long as you have
deposited funds into your account. The odds and software in
the Play for Fun mode is identical to that of the play for
Real mode. You can use the Play for Free feature to
practice before depositing real money into your account.
How
do I know these games are fair?

information do you need about me?
When you first register for the
download, we only need your e-mail address.
This will allow for us to send you our weekly member bonuses
that can span anywhere from 10% to 500% and make sure that
you are entered in our Weekly Free Chip Draws.
To open an account to play for free or real money, you are
required you to provide your real address, email address,
date of birth and telephone number. For security purposes
we require all registration fields filled with valid information

Card Agreement FormForm before I deposit real money?
Our systems will automatically place
a suspension on any account that accesses our systems from
certain countries. These countries either have banking rules
that make it difficult for financial transactions to occur,
or have a history of fraudulent activity.
Why
do I have to complete a Credit
Card Agreement FormForm when I have been playing for real
money already?
There are situations when our systems
will tell you that you cannot deposit or withdraw without
a Credit Card
Agreement Form. This is usually triggered by specific
credit card activity in your casino account. If you use a
credit card on more than one casino account our systems will
