The following is the complete text of the 1 Poker Club Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: For the purposes of our Casino Terms and Conditions, 1 Poker Club will be referred to as "the Casino". Likewise any individual who opens an account with 1 Poker Club will be referred to as "the Player".

1 Poker Club strongly urges that each Player read the agreement carefully and make sure you fully understand its contents. It is the responsibility of each Player to read the entire contents of our rules pages before signing up with 1 Poker Club.

GRANT OF LICENSE

1 Poker Club hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing in the casino.

1 Poker Club is a Corporation incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating casino gambling on the Internet.

Player shall not participate in the Games, open, use or reuse an account, enter the Web site, or the Casino, nor accept any Prize if Player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and shall abide by, without exception, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules, regulations, terms and conditions may change from time to time.

The Player is responsible for consulting the web site and/or the help file at least once every two months.

1 Poker Club uses the best methods available today for the encryption of the user name and password information, and any other delicate information transferred to and from the client application and 1 Poker Club servers, thus securing the Player and the casino against manipulation attempts by a third party.

CASINO GENERAL RULES

By creating an account at 1 Poker Club, you agree to the following casino rules. The rules are considered a binding agreement between you and 1 Poker Club.

>> Abide by Your Country's Laws: The Casino's operation of online gambling is directed only towards players who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. Some jurisdictions have not yet addressed the legality of the use of software for gambling, while some jurisdictions have specifically made Internet gambling illegal. It is impossible for the Casino to determine the state of the law in every jurisdiction around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the Player accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction.

>> Intellectual Property Belongs To us: Commercial use of the Casino is strictly forbidden. The Player will play only for private and non-professional purposes. Before placing bets, the Player is responsible for verifying the laws on gambling which governs the place where the Casino client is used. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the software remain with Casino, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text that may be part of the software.

Copying, redistribution or publication of any of the content or part of the software is strictly prohibited. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the name "1 Poker Club" remain with 1 Poker Club, as the case may be.

>> In order to maintain the security of your online credit card transactions, as well as for us to be able to process your withdrawal request, our clearing house needs a signed authorization form with proof of identification. The same is needed for all deposits of $250.00 and more. Please download the authorization form, print it and fax/scan it back to us.

>> All Bets are Final: Gaming at our casino is lawful in the jurisdiction in which we are located. Once you visit our casino and place a bet with us, the bet is irrevocable and you cannot undo or "charge back" the transaction. You cannot get your stake money back if you lose your bet.

The Player accepts all outcomes of game results as received in the client application from Casino's game server. The Player fully accepts and agrees that Casino's random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

The Player is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of losing money through the use of this software.

The source of the funds used by the Player to wager in this software application is legal.

The Player fully understands the rules of the games and the procedures involved in Internet gambling through use of this software application.

>> Casino Rules are the Law - In the event that the gaming computer hardware or the gaming server does not properly implement the rules of a casino game, or does not properly implement the random number generator, or does not make proper account for the play that has occurred or if a human error is made by the Casino, any of its suppliers, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the Casino, the Casino will not be liable for any winnings that result. You will forfeit any winnings that result from any error whatsoever. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of the Casino shall be final and binding.

>> Keep Your Username/Password Safe - The Player is obliged to keep his/her private User-ID and Password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the Player's User-ID is the sole responsibility of the Player. The Player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way. You are solely liable for any losses, costs or expense associated with use of your Account.

The Player will use this software application to gamble on the Internet for his/her own private personal use only and not for the use of others.

>> Always Provide Valid Information - The Player acknowledges that if any of the information that he/she provides to the Casino is untrue this agreement will be void, and he/she will be liable to the Casino for any damages and costs suffered as a result.

>> Customers below 25 years are considered as high risk customers and they will not be allowed to play for real money.

>> Cheating Has Serious Consequences - The Casino fully reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership to any person who shall be found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Casino's Software, or making untrue and or malicious comment in regard to the Casino's operation or who unfairly exploits the spirit of the promotions offered by the Casino. The Casino further reserves the right to publicize the actions of such persons together with their identities and email addresses and these will be circulated to other Casinos, Banks and Credit Card Companies, and any other appropriate agencies.

>> Fairness of Odds - The Casino game server had been checked by a third party accounting firm and was found to supply fare odds and to comply with the laws and the regulations of Costa Rica.

>>We Safeguard Your Info - Personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. The Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member.

>> Anti-Fraud Measures: Our casino employs various active anti-fraud safety devices for your protection. Although all transactions are confidential they are monitored solely for your protection. Criminal acts or attempted criminal acts are automatically reported to the appropriate authorities. Do not use any one else's credit card to place a bet at our casino.

>> Do Not Tamper with our Property: All materials relating to our casino are automatically voided without notice if you alter, mutilate, forge, tamper with, or otherwise alter such materials in any way whatsoever or if you attempt or cause others to attempt any such act. Any gaming or attempted gaming or purported winnings during or following such alteration, mutilation, forgery, tampering or similar such acts or attempted acts shall automatically and without notice, be void. Any fraud (whether actual or constructive) on Your part or caused by you shall automatically void any actual or attempted transaction from the inception and any alleged winnings shall not be actual winnings.

>> Anti-Cheating Warning: The Player hereby accepts that Casino reserves its right to limit and/or refuse the Player's wagers. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of Casino shall be final and binding.

>> Bonus Abuse Will not be Tolerated: Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the players original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered in Baccarat, Roulette or Craps. Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Casino reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing Casino in the future.

The Player clearly understands that all promotions offered by the Casino are limited to one player per family, per address and per credit card, unless by prior agreement by the Casino management. You will not attempt to receive promotions more than once, by any means. The Player is allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If the Player has more than one account, all winnings will be void. If a second account is created it will be closed and the bonuses and winnings may be voided.

>> Limited Liability: You indemnify and hold harmless the Casino, its software provider, Real Time Gaming, its and their respective licensees, distributors, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and all of their officers and directors, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners and others from any suit, demand, cause of action, claim, liability, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, fees or any other charges whatsoever that may arise as a result of the use or re-use of any or all of the following: Our casino, our games, gaming with or through us, or receipt of winnings from us.

>> Privacy Statement: All email and other communication or correspondence between the Casino and member is private and not for distribution or publication on Internet forums.

>> Taxes: The Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the Player's jurisdiction, the Player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

>> No Liability For Unintended Actions: We are not liable in any way whatsoever for any malfunctions relating to computers (Yours or Ours), network, telephone line or system or internet malfunction(s). Further, we are not liable in any way whatsoever for Player participation or attempted participation in any act or omission not intended by these Rules or which are outside of the normal course of internet casino operations, whether fraudulent or otherwise.

>> Modification Of These Rules: We reserve the right to alter, add or modify these Rules anytime by posting any such modification at our web site without prior notice. You agree to review the Rules from time to time and check for modifications.

>> Modification of our Facilities: The Casino may, in its absolute discretion, alter or amend or withdraw any game from the Casino, at any time and, as well, may alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions or other characteristics of the Casino, or the casino games.

>> Limited Access to Casino: We reserve the right to limit the access of the Casino to any persons for any reason that the Casino deems necessary. You are automatically and without notice prohibited from playing at our casino if any of the following apply to you:

- Minors and anyone under the age of 18

- Any Player with missing or inaccurate information provided to the Casino concerning himself/herself or his/her Account.

- Any employee, consultant, licensee, distributor, affiliate, advertiser, marketer, media partner, promoter, retailer of 1 Poker Club or members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing.

- Any person playing on behalf of an individual that is not allowed to play with the casino;

- Any person not abiding by the Rules of our casino

- Any individual from a jurisdiction in which gaming is unlawful. Participation in gaming and the activities at our casino is only open to persons living in jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited.

- Citizens from the following locations are prohibited from playing for real wagers at 1 Poker Club unless they deposit using or submit a Credit Card Agreement Form beforehand. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused. The countries are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Byelorussia, Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Myanmar, Zimbabwe, Denmark, Indonesia, Kosova, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Yugoslavia. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager without prior notice.

>> Cancellation of Your Account: We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager. We are not required to accept Your bet. We reserve the right to cancel Your account with us for any reason whatsoever at any time and without prior notice and to refund any balance in Your account at the time of such cancellation or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

>> Close of Your Account: We reserve the right to close or lock your account with us at anytime without prior notice and we reserve the right not to provide any reasons.

>> Proof of your identity: As our best service to provide fast payout, prevent fraud and make all financial transactions secure, we reserve the right to request from you to provide us copy of your proof of identity, address, copies of credit cards, an approval signed purchase history and/or other appropriate documentation when withdraw credits. If you fail to provide as requested within 2 weeks or submit fraudulent documentations, we reserve the right to cancel the payout and/or close or lock your account.

These Rules Control Our Relationship: These Rules are the full and final expression of your relationship with the casino. These Rules supersede constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Casino and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or commitments, whether written or oral between the parties. No employee, officer or agent of the Casino, or anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering the Casino, may verbally alter, modify or waive any provision of this agreement. By entering the Casino's web site, or by opening an account with the casino, or by using or re-using any such account or by the acceptance of any Cash In, you hereby agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Rules, as amended from time to time.

GENERAL PROMOTIONAL MONEY RULES

Promotions are intended as a bonus to loyal players, and to attract new end users to the Casino. The Casino encourages end users to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion that comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions.

Each promotion is available only once per end user. The identity of an end user will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, the Casino and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant.

The Casino and/or its authorized agent may, in their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions.

The Casino and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice to end users, using reasonable efforts to provide such notice in advance. The Casino and/or its authorized agent shall not be liable for any damages howsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by end users.

The Casino and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Casino and/or its authorized agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Casino and/or its authorized agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Casino will be considered final.

In order to insure a secure play free of credit card fraud, we require a Credit Card Agreement Form and a method of identification from all clients depositing by credit card and firepay. Acceptable forms of identification verification are Passport, National ID Card, Driving License and Birth Certificate. You're proof of identity MUST EXACTLY MATCH with your registered name and surname. The Casino recommends each player to submit a form prior to depositing. DEPOSIT MATCH BONUS/COUPON RULES

You may cash out at anytime, however, if you have not complied with the following rules, you forfeit your bonus amount(s) plus any winnings made from the bonus amount(s):

Players understand that they play first with their real money and then with the bonus money.

To withdraw wins made on a deposit match bonus under 50%, a player must wager the deposit plus associated bonus amount SEVEN times (craps, baccarat and roulette wagers are not included). For example, for $200 deposit and associated $100 bonus, the player must wager a total of $2100 (excluding craps, baccarat and roulette wagers), to cash out.

To withdraw wins made on a deposit match bonus over 50%, a player must wager the deposit plus associated bonus amount TEN times (craps, baccarat and roulette wagers are not included). For example, for $100 deposit and associated $100 bonus, the player must wager a total of $2000 (excluding craps, baccarat and roulette wagers), to cash out.

Please note that all promotions are only available once per person, family, household address, email, credit card number and shared computers, ie. University, fraternity, school, public library or workplace.

Customers may only have one account number in their name. Use of multiple account numbers or names in order to receive bonus promotions is forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received and winnings derived from such bonuses. Contact customer service if you have lost your account number or password.

Only one promotion may be applied at any one time to any one player, unless otherwise stated.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

To withdraw wins made on a deposit match bonus under 50%, you may either cash out 50% of your bonus amounts received or any bonus under $250; whichever amount is less. Any winnings made from plays involving the non-cashable 50% bonus amount left in your account are available at any time for withdrawal (provided that all bonus rules have been met). You are entitled to one cash-out of winnings made off of the non-cashable bonus amount.

To withdraw wins made on a deposit match bonus 50% and over, you may either cash out 25% of your bonus amounts received or any bonus under $250; whichever amount is less. Any winnings made from plays involving the non-cashable 75% bonus amount left in your account are available at any time for withdrawal (provided that all bonus rules have been met). You are entitled to one cash-out of winnings made off of the non-cashable bonus amount.

On any bonus of 100% or more there is a max cash-out of ten times the amount of your deposit.

If the total amount of bonuses received are 100% or more than the total deposits made, the 10x max cashout rule applies.

If your free chip is equal to or greater than your deposit, the 10x max cashout rule applies.

Whenever applicable, once a you are paid the max cash-out amount of your deposit amount stipulated within a promotion, the excess funds are cleared from your account.

Any percentage bonus offer, (percentage bonus on deposits) that are 50% or higher are intended only for your first deposit into your casino account unless otherwise stated in the promotion or by the customer service representative. If you use a bonus offer that you are not entitled to receive you will forfeit any and all winnings and you deposit will be refunded to you.

Bonus money made from deposits does not count towards deposits

Reversing a cash-in back to your casino balance does not count as a deposit, therefore you may not claim a bonus on any reversed cash-in amount.

Casino reserves the right to withdraw a promotion, at any time, for any reason.

All promotions are designed only for genuine players who may be interested in continuing membership and play at the casino and are happy to wager with and risk their own money. Promotions may be deemed void at any time to individuals or groups who abuse or have a record of promotional abuse or fraud (charge-backs) at Casino or any of our affiliate merchants. Any winnings accrued by such individuals or groups will be deemed void and withheld.

Returning Client Bonus Rules:
