Once you've completed downloading the software, simply click on the Smart Download icon the program to install Prism Casino. Follow the setup program's on-screen instructions: Please read the Prism Casino License agreement then click on "I Agree" to continue the installation.  Next, Click "Install" button on the Prism Casino Download window and allow the installation to run its course.

To play, click on the Prism Casino Icon located on your desktop.
If you can't find the icon on your desktop: Go to your START menu. Choose PROGRAMS. Finally, find "Prism Casino" in your program menu and click on it to run Prism Casino.

To Play

If this is your first time at Prism Casino, you'll have to create an account by clicking the New Account button. Simply complete the registration form and a new account will be created for you.  Please keep in mind that every Username is unique.  Select a username that is not common.  Your Password must be at least 6 characters long.

You can now choose to play "For Fun" or "For Real" by pressing the appropriate button on the initial casino menu.

Choose to press the FOR FUN button when you wish to practice the games just for fun. Simply click on the FUN BANK icon to replenish your account if your credit balance of fun money runs low.

When you're ready to play online with real money, you will have to close and re-start the casino program. Press the FOR REAL button in the initial casino menu. You must wait a moment for your computer to establish a connection with the game server.

The casino games function in the same manner whether played online for real or offline for fun.

Play for Fun You can try all our games without wagering a cent. You will get $1000 FREE MONEY to play for fun. You have free access to all the games that the casino offers.

Play for Real Money Once you're ready, you can play on-line for real money. Connect to Internet as you usually do to surf the web or retrieve e-mail. Once you're connected, click: the Prism Casino Icon on your desktop to get started. Enter your Login ID and Password and click Login to enter the casino. Before you know it, you'll be hitting a winning streak!

To Deposit

You may deposit safely online by logging into your Prism Casino account under PLAY FOR REAL and clicking on BANK.  Then, click on DEPOSIT MONEY.

In the casino bank, you have your choice of deposit by: Credit Card online, On Demand Funds (Credit Card over the phone), Neteller, Central Coin or (visit our Help Center for sending instructions). 

Once you have opened a Prism Casino account, you may also deposit money through our securely encrypted Deposit Window.

Here, deposits can be made by: online Credit Card, On Demand Funds (Credit Card over the phone), Neteller, PrePaidATM, Central Coin, over the phone, Bank Wire (contact support for sending instructions), Cashiers Check via Fed Ex or a similar service. Our Casino will credit your account for all transaction fees associated with the transfer or sending of $50 or more to open accounts or to add to existing accounts. To Withdraw

To withdraw money from your Prism Casino account, by logging into your casino account and clicking on the BANK.  Then click on WITHDRAW MONEY.

Select the method of withdrawal in the Bank Menu: Neteller, Prepaid ATM, Central Coin, , On Demand Funds and Overnight Express (this method refers to Federal Express cashier's check).

If you choose to withdraw money via Western Union or Overnight Express, there are fees involved.  There is a $40 fee for withdrawal by Overnight Express.  Please contact accounting to find out what are the respective fees associated with withdrawal by for a specified amount.

Please keep in mind that if you have ever made a deposit in the past by credit card, you must fill out a Credit Card Agreement Form to process your payout.  Furthermore, the software will automatically set itself to reimburse your VISA credit card for any previous charges made and send your winnings back by method of your choice. 

Once you have withdrawn your funds and they are in "Pending Payouts", you have the option to reverse all or part of your funds back into your casino account.  To reverse your funds into your casino account balance, click on MANAGE WITHDRAWALS.  Then, click on the amount that you wish to reverse and click on REVERSE FUNDS.

Withdrawals take approximately 3 to 5 business days to be processed by accounting.
